Prime Focus LLC, incorperated in 2001, is a certified minority woman-owned small business, which has won more than $84 million in competitive Federal and State Grants. Our goal is to help you prepare a successful grant which will improve your productivity, efficiency and resilience. To date, Ms. Ogard has prepared CRISI, RCE, BUILD, INFRA, TIGER, MARAD PIDP, USMH, Small Shipyard, EDA, USDA, FEMA and DERA grants along with State Freight Enhancement, State Research and Planning and State Formula Funding programs, and RRIF loans. Ms. Ogard has worked on transportation planning and development projects in 31 states.
TRANSPORTATION PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
We have successfully prepared American Marine Highway Project Designations and brought carriers, terminal operators and port authorities together to with successful Marine Highway projects to support steel and ag based supply chains. We have won funding for projects on the Great Lakes, The Gulf Intercoastal Waterway, inland terminals and the inland waterways.
